That have to depend. Retinitis Pigmentosa (RP) is an eye condition but in some cases the RP is linked to other disorders. One example is Usher Syndrome, in which some people who are born deaf or partially hearing, develop RP in late childhood or early teens. There are other syndromes which affect other bodily functions in addition to RP.
